Ally Class Privacy Policy

Bluega Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with the Ally Class service (URL:allyclass.com, hereinafter “Service”).
The Service is provided free of charge and without login or registration. In principle, we do not collect personally identifiable information (“PII”).

1. Purpose of Data Processing

We do not collect PII. However, during the use of the Service, we may collect non-identifiable information for the following limited purposes:

•To check the service access environment and analyze errors.

•To maintain UI (screen display) settings such as font size or recent tab selections.

•To conduct statistical analysis for service quality improvement.

1.1.Language settings, browser type and version, operating system information, and other minimal connection data necessary to provide the Service.

2.Cookies

2.1.Cookies are used only to store UI-related settings such as font size for help guides and recent tab selections.

2.2.No personal data is stored in cookies for operational purposes.

1.Automatically collected information and cookie data are deleted immediately when the browser is closed or when you manually clear cookies.

2.If certain data must be retained under applicable laws or regulations, we will comply with the required retention periods and delete the data once the retention period expires.

2.Any non-identifiable data that may be collected, such as connection logs, is used solely in an aggregated and anonymized form for statistical and analytical purposes and cannot be used to identify any individual user.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The updated policy will become effective on the date indicated in the announcement.

제3조 (개인정보의 처리 및 보유기간)

1.회사는 서비스 제공 목적 달성 후 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.

2.자동으로 수집되는 정보 및 쿠키 데이터는 브라우저 종료 시 또는 사용자가 직접 삭제 시 즉시 파기됩니다.

3.법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관이 필요한 경우, 해당 법령을 준수합니다.
